Think Josie is smarter than she lets on,she knows JJ is just a friend/flirting with her,and that as he said himself 'doesn't like stunning girls';therefore saying she is not stunning.

She laughed at it and made a joke,but I and I don't think any other woman,would ever take that as a compliment.Beauty is in the eye of the beholder;if he did like her,he WOULD think she was stunning,but he clearly differentiated between 'stunning girl' then 'you Josie'.

She's been around the block enough to not fall for this gameplaying,but her gameplan of keeping it friendly with everyone means she'll just go along with it for now.

They both know he wouldn't look twice at her in the real world.
I believe he would be with a girl with an average face(he has to be the prettiest)but I doubt he'd go for someone of Josie's size and age.(actually think Josie is lovely and pretty,but am calling it,how I see it.)
