I liked Ben at first but I really am starting to see him as a very selfish spoiled person.
He makes me laugh sometimes but from the beginning if someone or one of his friends disagrees with him he plays the same card of..."well I have stuck up for you...so you should stick up for me".
Its like he buys loyalty by being nice.
His attitude to failing the task with TOT was selfish and pathetic...too frightened of making himself look stupid... then thinks its OK to make his friend pay the price for his failure...SELFISH.
I am starting to think...Who does he think he is.He lies to make himself look good.
I think I will always find him funny in some ways....but I dont like the person that is starting to appear...

It worked the other way round for me,I didn't like him at first,but now he is the reason I watch it,Ok Ben has failed tasks(but so have others)and BB is not all about tasks,it's about entertainment and for me Ben is the most entertaining,he is honest and imo he uses no one,most of the HM seem to love him he gets on particulaly well with Josie and Dave,the 'he' men take the pee out of him all the time but he takes it in good humour and he is not afraid to point out his faults and best of all he just not go along with the flow,he is a great HM.

Ben can be unintentionally funny (which is why he appeals to people more that like to laugh at others rather then with them) but wanting him to win the last BB based on that alone? Nah, not me.

He is everything you say he is and more. Personally I want to see the crown go to someone who I can laugh with and has a good heart (see my sig lol ) then that selfish manipulative back biting feckless scroat.

Plus, the fact that BB are trying so hard to whitewash him and manipulate us into liking him by their obvious biased edits makes me want to say 'fuk you, stop treating like moronic sheep with no brains' to them and choose a HM based on my own decision.

You should probably start supporting him,lol as he's kept you going on this forum.I have never known anyone so rabid about a HM.EVERY post is Ben this,Ben that,for someone you don't like he certainly has had an impact on you.Chill out,

Ben is the opposite of what I expected. I thought he was going to be some arrogant big head, but he had turned out to be humble and is not afraid to recognise his limits and accept defeat and I respect him for that.

Plus he is so funny, both intentionally and unintentionally.

Kaz, you are being a hypocrite. You are equally as rabid in his promotion, you have made many many attacks (mostly personal against me) in Josie threads and whatever. The only difference between us is that you constantly try and make it personal between us while I only ever talk about Ben when thats a subject that needs covering.

I didnt like him, then i liked him then the other night with the whole dave thing (hate dave) but not the point, it was when he said if he had to do something and if he did not do it the whole house would get punished and he said " I still wouldnt do it" laughing it off like he sortof dosent meen it but he dose, its/he uses his only kidding card which is warein thin imho.

I know what you are saying...he recognises his limits...but at the same time would not go the extra mile for the sake of the other HM's.... also it was HIS punishment...how can you make someone else take that...and then he chose his best mate to sweat it out in his place.
To me it just makes Ben to be completely selfish... nothing humble in that behaviour...that task showed Bens true colours IMO.. To Ben friends are there to be taken advantage of...he makes friends and then uses their friendship to his advantage.... something VERY ugly in that.
