Default just back from my holibobs

What did I miss last week?
I see Ben got the boot (I'm not too bummed although I hoped JJ1 would have gotten it - what was the % spread?). I've seen a bit of this Sam fella, he seems to be a bigger character than his 1st impression suggested (when the HM chose 3 noobs). Any other goss?

Welcome back!

At the moment still pretty much the Josie/JJ show - but, hopefully, things may change! Sam is definitely attempting to throw a spanner in the works - and if we can just get Josie up - all my Christmas's may come at once!

Queen Ben got 52% in the 4 way vote - they don't release what the others got

Cheers.
From what little I saw of last nights HLs it certainly looks like the producers have made a good choice for a change.
I think he may be a little confusing for some fans though as he may have apealed to the JJJ "antisocial behaviour is entertainment" crew had he been in from the start but they will only see him as a mortal enemy (much as they turned on Keeva) now he's mixing it up with Josie.

You missed the Ignore the Obvious task in which scores of people entered the house: Brass bands, Steve and Dave's wives, naked men, zombies, Jedward, and even davina presented some of the eviction show while sitting next to them all in the lounge.

All of which had to be completely ignored in order to pass the task. they were allowed 88 fails and passed with 86.

I really liked it but as usual this forum was full of teenagers pretending it was boring to try and be cool.

That's a pretty serious majority in a 4 way. Still it's probably just a good indication of JJ's strong teenie fan-base as their most obvious target would be Ben (the anti-JJ) even though Andrew probably would have been a more deserving target.

Sounds cool.
How many covert messages about the outside were passed on to the HM with this task then?

None to my knowledge. The Jedward incident has to be seen to be believed. They sang thier new single in the garden but managed to include Criminal damage, setting off fire alarm and assault. But all of that was quite mild compared to the song and the accents.

So the zombies were nothing to do with Jedward.

88 allowed fails sounds such a random number. Was it mentioned why it was set to that?

I hope you enjoyed your holidays.

The number of fails they were allowed were on a laminate in a safe in the bedroom throughout the task, the housemates never knew how much they were allowed.

It was just a ramdom number made-up off the top of their heads prior to the task commencing.......and always going to be about 2 or 3 greater than the number of fails they pretended the HMs actually made.

Let's face-it, C4 was never gonna fail them and deny the HMs messages from home, thereby risking even more walkouts!

Nah the number was pre announced to viewers at the start of the task.

Looks like they used someone who needed to take his shoes and socks off to total up the number of fails.

They did way more than 86 fails. less than 10 fails each. no way. they were not even allowed to raise thier eyebrows or smile. they even guessed themselves that the number would be 2-3-400.
