The UK needs to have a some sort of child policy like in China but instead of the one-child rule, maybe make it a maximum of three (depending on your financial situation) On top of that, there needs to be regulation over who should be allowed to reproduce and a review of those fit/unfit for parenting should be made and licenses given.

If that seems like too much of a dictatorship, maybe just give these idiots mandatory parenting classes.

I agree.. and teenagers having kids.. people having too many kids who can't afford to raise them or bring them up properly and WE as the tax payer have to pay for their sprogs.

Get these women sterilised!!!
