Why did'nt they have a celeb all stars later in the year?

We have 11 years of great contestants and we can't have them in the house because it's being filled with celebs.
Why did'nt they have a celeb all stars?
I Don't like the idea of them mixing both.They are 2 diferent types of show.
How will bb contestants act around celebs they might just kiss ass the whole time??
