For 1 month we made the world exclusive about Brian & Emma

FACT http://www.bigbrotherxtra.co.uk/?p=591

Around 9pm last night, a channel 5 rep spoke to us asking if we could do a deal they would hand over some info in exchange (since found out its a fake Press release)

We agreed, broke the story at 9.30 thinking it was true.

However 1hr later we did a quick back track and reporting it was fake and emma was still in for the job.

fact. - we have reported Brian, Emma and Marcus all have Big Brother rolls and the launch date is the 17th Aug - MOST other websites all report differnt dates & different presenters, yes for around 1hr I agree we made a false statement.

I honestly could not give a dam if you believe me or not to be honest your judgement - I've asked admin to remove me from the forum because to be honest there are too many people on here spoiling it for the real big brother fans !

The real issue here is rival websites are not happy because we are revealing ALL the scoops before them.

It does seem a bit strange that CH5 would go to the trouble of releasing a fake release. I'd be curious (just because I'm nosey) to see what was in this fake release. BBXtra tweeted that it didn't have any presenter details in it - so you never know it may even have been a "different" release with different news for all we know (doubtful mind).

I agree, it did get a bit crazy last night - both on here and in Twitterland with accusations and insults flying all over the place. Funny and entertaining at times, but quite annoying or upsetting mostly.

Its been a while since I have visited BB forums and forgot how passionate and vibrant they can be! As for fansites - I'll probably stick to one of the more professional and "safe" ones in future and ignore all links on here that point to BBXtra - If only for the sake of my sanity!

If Channel 5 are sending you fake stuff then your cards are marked.

They have sussed you out, and if I was you I'd be very carefull about what you do.

I actually brighten this place up and your finding stuff out well before Digital Spy :P

and to be honest I'm not happy with Digital Spy because they use one of my video's thats up on there site as article
