To get more/new viewers, BB12 should launch the same night as CBB finishes. As impractical as it seems, a lot of celebrity big brother viewers don't bother with the regular show, and if it ran over in the same night many would watch just to see the new housemates and possibly get sucked in by first-night plots.

I know a lot of people who watch CBB but not BB; this would be an excellent opportunity for new recruits.
