Default Alex and Louise's friendship

I enjoy the Alex-Louise friendship (more than Tom and Alex as I am a bit sick of shreiky gay/ bi man and camp dizzy girl friendships in BB).

However the other day when Alex was practically begging Louise to keep in contact post show, I thought 'you won't see Louise for dust' once BB is over!

Still it's nice to see female -female friendships although I do prefer a bromance as guys together in BB tend to be funnier and have more tomfoolery.

Would like to see less romance and more friendships and fun.

I actually think Louise and Alex's friendship is the strongest one in the house and it's a really loyal friendship.

It did make me laugh when Aden was having a go at Louise for nominating him and said that she speaks to Alex less than him. Louise replied, 'Have you not seen how close me and Alex are?'.

Call me cynical, but I think the reason Louise kept nominating Maisy was because she saw her a threat and one of the reasons she gets along with Alex and they seem to be good friends is because there's no rivalry.

I think it's also because Alex comes across as a really good listener and a person who you can tell problems too without them being spread around the house, shown when Louise woke Alex after spending the night with Jay.

But isn't it sad that women view other women who are better looking or as good looking as a threat? The constant slating of Louise is mainly because she's pretty. Don't get me wrong I know she hasn't got the most dynamic personality, but neither has Alex. Alex hardly ever speaks or has an opinion, Louise laid into Anton last night to stand up for Aaron. She's no more boring that Alex.

Ok, so men feel threatened by other good looking guys and i think Anton and Jay don't like the fact that Aaron got the girls but they'd be the same if it was Tom who got the girls.

Yes, definitely. She comes across as the person you would feel most comfortable talking about any issues or problems.

Aden didn't understand that Wolfpack loyalty isn't real as Louise feels more loyal to Alex than Aden because she really likes Alex, whereas she only really speaks to Aden because he's hovering in the background whilst she's flirting with Jay in the smoking area.

Newsflash: Every woman is an individual in their own right. Can you stop the generalizations unless you're going to back it up with actual proof? Not all women look at women who are better looking than themselves as a threat, nor are female friendships only possible if there is 'no rivalry.'

Can we please stop with the tired, sexist bullsh*t on here?

I'm female and Louise has been my favourite female housemate from launch.

When you stop with the sweeping generalisations that are incorrect - I'll consider replying in depth.

Can we add 'ageism' to that please - I know you have a thing about Aaron being 30 and having sore knees at that age.
