don't even realise that they are horrible people

Yes! I agree entirly with your sentiments!

I said in an earlier post that, although I dislike Grace, I also feel sorry for her because I genuinly felt she was unaware of most of what she was doing!

BBBM said about the same thing and also BBLB suggested that her peers are to blame - I agree with that (and her peers whoever they are) should be ashamed of themselves!
