The buildings look a bit 14th Century London factory-ish, but otherwise it looks nice.

To be honest I expect the value of the land that the set sits on will be too much for the Museum of Science & Industry to afford & for them to keep the set there. I doubt it would be left open like that as I'm sure (as in most cities) space is at a premium & some nice high rise apartments will go up...
