OK I'm going to be boring an predictable and say labour...though I didnt feel actual childbirth as I had an epidural as soon as they would 'GIVE ME THE ****ING DRUGS!'

Migraine comes a very close second though

I broke my leg in 6th grade. I was running down some stairs and landed on my foot wrong. By far the worst pain i've ever felt.

What made it worse was I was at a friends birthday sleep over party, and so his parents didn't want to take me to the hospital cause I guess they were afraid they'd have to pay for it, so I had to wait til the next morning for my parents to pick me up and take me to the hospital. It was really bad.

I had a migraine and had to go to hospital. I was throwing up from pain.

Child birth - I opted to do without the epidural....if I had another I would have the drugs...no one gave me a medal for being in that agony (although in a weird way I loved it)

Worst pain I can remember was the drill at the dentist, I almost flew out of the chair it shocked me so much. The anaesthetic didn't work fully and he had to give me another injection. Numbed my whole mouth to be on the safe side.

That was my plan. However 30 hours later, feeling like I was being stabbed repeatedly with no 'break' inbetween contractions...my mouth betrayed me

The worst one I ever had, my dad thought I was having a stroke.

Apparently I went grey. I had no strength at all in my left side. I was talking..making sense to me but it was coming out making not one bit of sense...lasted about 6 hours or so.

Then I threw up and was suddenly fine.

Hmm, when I broke my femur bone, it didn't actually hurt, I didn't feel anything and I wasn't in agony (I was very calm for a 4 year old) it was only when I tried getting up I knew, but then I still wasn't in pain. Strange.

My worst pain is probably when I fell out of a tree and nearly landed on my head.

I couldn't pinpoint one, but having an abscess under one of my back teeth and having to deal with it for like a 2-3 weeks was hell...all the drugs didn't work, eventually had to have it out..think my dentist ****ed up big time

I have only ever had toothache once, and I swear I was seriously considering killing myself to end it all :S

Luckily it only lasted about 6 hours until I got an emergency dentist appointment to get it out. Unfortunately they wouldnt take the other 3 wisdom teeth out at the same time, so I'm expecting it to happen again sometime down the line

Toothpain has got to be one of the worst pains if you have it for a while. you can't numb it or take your mind off it whatsoever, and it kind of numbs your whole face

To me being nauseous is one of the worst pains. Just feeling queasy and needing to throw up is a horrible feeing, not sure if it counts as "pain" though. That feeling is awful though. I hate throwing up. It's amazing how you feel so much better right after you do though.

and when your legs/arms/whatever wake up from pins and needles and you have to walk afterwards or something...that feeling is awful

yes. or hitting your funny bone. Why is it some things hurt so bad even though there's no real damage done? It's weird.

Brain freeze hurts really bad too.

When I dislocated my kneecap that hurt like ****. Also when I get a migraine, for about a day or so after it finishes my head feels like it's been run over by a freight train, and doing the slightest thing (like bending over) just makes it all the worse so yeah that's not so fun.

Ugh this reminds me of a horrible cramp I got once in my leg. I was actually crying trying to walk it off. Lasted about 2 hours

Broke my leg when I was about 7, and my mom didn't believe me when I said that it hurt so bad and she made me go to bed. Lay in bed all night in pain and in the morning she finally took me to hospital.

I think it was that norovirus. I became dehydrated and all of my joints ached plus I had the worst headache ever. I thought I was gonna die.

Oh forgot toothache pain. I had an abscess once and begged my best friend to punch me to burst it...she refused so I kept hitting myself...it burst, made me sick but the relief was almost immediate.
