I'm taking this is a cooked up idea and not fact.

Could this idea even work? The housemates are aware of the two houses then they will immediately know BB is messing with them. Twist ruined?

Doesn't sound much different to sticking a divide down the centre of the house and then letting them interact.

A divide down the middle of the house would work better in this case then a second house. A second house seems so pointless if the housemates in the main house know about it and are allowed to interact with the other set of housemates.
