well, theres only 7 of us online at the moment, what are your thoughts about BB this year? mines - im to tired to post lol...

I think on a postive note we have learn alot about big brother this year. Like no golden ticket housemate, do not evict the entertainers right away, the 200 people in the crowd are pathetic...or atleast the chanting ones are lol.

I think a lot of the housemates are fake (No I don't mean a conspiracy theory fake) - but as in... they said they were all wacky and made themselves out to be fun characters on their VT, but when it came down to it - they're all just really boring, or the most entertaining they can get is to b**ch behind someones back.

I think BB7 served as a good reminder to BB to keep things as simple as possible. No golden housemates, no HM's that describe themselves as a '**** ****'... etc. Although the HM's were better than BB6, I still think they really need to go back to the basic BB where there are at least SOME normal HM's, where no-one comes back, goes out, comes back, hides, comes back, goes etc.

I've enjoyed watching it though, as with all of the previous (and hopefully future) BB's.

ooops, 5 now. anyway, i think BB really need to change the format because they realise that the public vote out the "intersting" HMs & leave the crap ones in, & look now - BB want the public to vote back in past HMs (for more erm, whats the word... blimey im tired lol). BB should say "vote out the boring ones" because going into the final its looking pretty dead imho. the US format is excellent, but cant see that happening over here.

the public are weird over here aswell, look at BB3 - "boring" everyone was saying. now look at this year, last year & the year before, the top HMs (imho) were grace, nikki, makosi, science, maxwell, jason & victor. the winners (anthony & nadia) were poor! so it goes to show that BB should just have characters who are strong & with hidden agenda's, thats what makes good tv. boy im tired, dont even no if this makes sense lol. Glitter help me please...

i agree that BB should just go back to basics, otherwise change the format so that the interesting HMs stay in!

Haha I think there is a big issue with the voting system aswell because the way we punish them is by voting them out and as that is the only way we vote out the ones who cause the most drama...which doesn't make good tv. So we need to find a way of "punishing" certain housemates or atleast have it so the housemates put 1 person up and the public gets the chance to put up the other half. The boring and quite ones like Imogen who is still there has just sailed by because people have voted to get out someone that causes more friction.

I think if they made it more brutal and evil by the public also getting to vote a housemate or 2 each week into an army camp style thing where they would have to work hard doing certain tasks all week and putting them through some sort of thing like peeling potatoes all week and then at the end of the week if we think they have learn their lessons we can pick to evict them or put them back in the main house would be good.

I like watching entertaining characters but when that person is somebody like Grace who wasn't a nice person at all in the house I think it would be quiet fun to watch her slave away and earn her way back into the publics good books somehow lol.

i think that BB should just put them all up every week, then the likes og imogen & susie would have gone long ago! nah, then dicky would have been gone to! BB just have to say "Keep in the Most Entertaining House Mates" or just get people like grace, ash, nikke etc & dump the likes of susie, imogen & even pete! thats right i said it, pete lol...

I haven't found this year as fascinating as last year as an experiment as they've mostly got on. Last year there were two groups and they were like animals in there! But at least for me personally there are 3 or 4 likeable people!

I'm not sure how it compares to others. I wouldn't say it was the best though. The tasks have been awful and Shabaz, Micheal, Bonnie and Sam were rubbish choices by the producers. The golden ticket idea back fired after loads of build up as Snoozie was awful. If it weren't for Glyn with help from Pete I would have switched off long ago.
