I find it interesting that they have confirmed the Syrian government's use of chemical weapons right after it was learned that Syrian forces have finally conquered the area that was the supply route for weapons to the rebels for months. The Syrian armed forces are poised to retake other rebel-controlled areas. Bashar al Assad has been winning this war for several weeks. He is getting close to complete victory.

The Pentagon is sending nearly 200 troops from the 1st Armored Division to establish a “small headquarters” near Jordan’s border with Syria and plan potential military operations, “including a rapid buildup of American forces if the White House decides intervention is necessary,” The Los Angeles Times reports on Thursday, citing ‘senior US officials.’

So if Syria is using chemical weapons, umm, why would we send in our troops? that means that they would use chemicals weapons against our troops. If i was in the military i'd be like "ummm, yea, could you not send me into a war zone where they are using chemical weapons? that would be cool". Send in the drones, drones arn't affected by chemical weapons.

We do not know who put the Sarin there
All we have is a Newspaper Reporter
who has seen some.


Whats to stop the Rebal Fighters
using Sarin to make it look like it was Syria Army
in order to bring USA Bombers in.
Who then takes over that nation

Not it's done by Air Attacks
but so far the President is not going to start another War

he does not know who planted the Sarin
so he will not attack Syria

I think the US is keen not to upset Russia too much over Syria as they may come to need their compliance when dealing with Iran. I think the US would prefer to have Russia onside when it comes to taking "action" against Iran, so Syria for the moment is off the hook...!!!
