I'm a Dexter fan and I seriously think Dexter would go. Gina's the favourite & the twins dont seem that hated ( beyond me why though ).

The twins bet Dexter tonight.

That may be just because of the arguments between Callum and Dexter, or it may just mean they are much more popular than Dex with the general public. I wouldn't be surprised if the twins survived against Dex again.

After tonight with the Twins being saved first it would seem the public are seeing things they like as to them.
I think I would actually vote Dexter to go of those 3 now if I am totally honest about it.

Dexter would go in that situation.

The twins may poll second, but I'm beginning to believe that the only way they can be evicted is up against Sam or Sophie. And there isn't much chance of that, sadly.

Sadly, much as I agree with the twins character assassination in here, can't stand em, they would be safe as houses yet again against any combo of Gina/Hazel/Dexter.
