Honestly, if I was Hazel I would have quit and left the house by now. She's had so much thrown at her these past few weeks and it's beginning to make pretty uncomfortable viewing. Charlie's friend's nomination would have been the final straw for me, that shouldn't have been accepted as valid. I think it's time people move on. Everyone branded Gina the devil in the first couple of weeks for the Sallie conflict and the ridiculous "Jemima, you're a racist" comment, yet now she's one of the favourites to win. So why can't people get over the Daley incident? I don't think Hazel is completely innocent and she probably isn't someone i'd want to hang out with on the outside, but the level of hate she's getting is beyond silly. It's not like she pinned someone to the bed by their neck and threatened to 'nut them', huh... wouldn't that be bad?!

Those comments are rather shallow...from what I see from the outside is yes she is a model and attractive....but deep down she is pretty soul-less behind what is so obvious.

I believe its the "fill in the blank" hate syndrome.

They hate hazel because she bitches, but so does everyone else, so they hate her because she flirted with daley, who tried to strangle her. The fact that hes a cheating scumbag means little. Had Hazel acted upset over the whole situation, well she'd be hated for looking for sympathy, but she didnt, so shes a cold hearted bitch.

The short of it is that she's hated because she's hated, the reason doesnt really matter, some people will pick and chose one thing, then hop onto the next one as its needed.

As housemates go, apart from the daley thing, hazel has bitched less, stabbed fewer in the back, complained less and got more stuck into tasks, more than nearly everyone else in there. Whst does that say?

Despite not being the one in a relationship, she has been the one to wear the scarlet letter. Also Hazel has been labelled as someone who goes from guy to guy, again that's not something she's done, also she's said to be a bitch, despite being the target of Gina's constant bitching.

I think that's why she stays strong, she knows who she is and she knows she's not this person the crowd are chanting to get out.

I feel her mom's noms tonight gave a hint to how she's been raised, instead of just insulting others, her mom suggested they opened their hearts and got to know the real Hazel. In her they could have a friend for life.

Lastly I think Hazel is aware that regardless of what happens in the house, she'll be more successful than the majority of the others in there.

I also wish people would get over the Daley incident and let other people dislike Hazel for her own faults. Hazel has had little choice but to show resilience because it's all gone so wrong for her. I never like the house romances and find them revolting to be honest, so that wasn't a good start from my point of view. I certainly think Daley was the guilty one ultimately but it put Hazel on the back foot because she'd made a bad choice and also got a warning herself. Since then she has seemed humourless and filled with ever-growing contempt for all the other housemates. So I don't see much to like. She's pretty, but nothing special; she's a model but she'll not be doing the catwalk for Chanel or gracing the cover of Vogue anytime soon, will she?

I agree with a lot of what you say although I might not word it in the same way. Hazel's fault was that while she was flirting she wasn't able to read Daley correctly, all she saw was interest from his side and if she did see something else, she disregarded it.

EDIT: I should rather have said that she either disregarded it or took it as flirting. Anyhow, she read Daley wrong.

Hazel is extremely tough, she has said many times that once she gets out it is unlikely she will will meet up with many of the HMs, she is a realist that is what happens after these shows, very few HMs make lasting friendships.

Most people have long memories when it comes to homewrecking and girls like Hazel. Lets not forget the Georgia Scalpa (or whatever her name is) incident. She was happy with Callum Best until Hazel, who is jealous of her, decides to drop her panties to callum then went flying to Georgia to tell her, just to ruin her relationship with him. Hazel didn't take up with Callum after that and when asked why she did it, she reportedly said cause I could, lol.

Hazel is a hard nosed glamour model, she does not do catwalk, shes too fat for that line of work. She has had quite a few corrective surgeries and has a reputation as a man eater and volatile chick. She is only in there for the mag deals as she is getting no work at home to speak of. She wants to break into the European marketplace and will do anything include have live sex with Daley for a fee (which incidentally she did have according to Daley)

I am warming to her but she is a dangerous woman where men are concerned and the only reason she has cooled down in the house is because she accomplished her mission to have sex with one of them that was reported to be worth a lot of money for her, job done, now its the winning line.
