Getting Dex out will mean alot more votes for her in the finals. Cause there is no doubt the 'fans' she lost this week are no backing Dexter. If he goes she will gain them back and basically secure the win.

Thats simply not the case.
If Dexter goes it will only strengthen Ginas fanbase as a lot of Dexter fans will then switch to support Gina as a lot are fans of both.

Its common sense and maths that Ginas best chance of winning is if Dexter is evicted.

A fair chunk of "entertainment" lovers will.

A large chunk of people will refuse to vote for Sam because of the sympathy vote and can't see them rushing to Sophie, Charlie or the twins.

If you watch that again, dexter was the only one who did not know that everyone knew who everyone else had nominated..I think he did it to try and make it look like Sophie had nominated herself.
