Had Charlie NOT wanted to go last Dex could easily have won by default if all the other HM's took the highest amounts possible.
Ok they didn't.... But it still made "99Kgate" ! Rights or wrongs aside (and I don't blame him for trying to take the money !), she deserves huge credit for being clever enough to think ahead and taking her part in the whole drama and entertainment.
