Why are England always tchit?
Do they lack a persecution complex? Like the Scottish or the Irish? Why is England always put in an easy group in the qualifiers? Only to be whacked by proper nations in the main competition. England walks into the major competitions, facilitated by an easy draw as usual, and humiliated. Why is England habitually treated with kid gloves?
