I only know her noughties poppy stuff, but she seems to be revered mostly for all the Rhythm Nation stuff. Should probably give that a listen.

"Control" and "Rhythm Nation" are such classic albums. The first especially imo, everything I love about late 80's/early 90's music.

I think I've always preferred Janet over Michael tbh.

Loved her last album too, this song is still one of my favs. Makes you wanna dance!
