Couldn't sleep last night so watched the first two launch eps and what a disappointment; felt like I was watching a bad version of the apprentice. I found the housemates really false but in a 'give it two weeks and they will be dull' way. And the show continued and it didn't get much better, some poor choices from Pauline and just don't get a good interest from this bunch as they all seem similar. I hope this does not go down the road of some of the past shows but for me if it doesn't pick up in the next couple I'll have lost interest.

The second launch was much better than the first, after housemates become settled it makes for some good viewing. It has the potential to be better than BB14 a lot of people in there are very strong characters, the strongest C5 have ever had, which i see as bonus!

The vibe I get from most isn't strong, it's false which has rarely made for good viewing in bbuk

This series we're getting a chance to slowly get to know the housemates rather than them all going in on day 1 full guns blazing looking for arguments. With this lot there's a lot of different characters and arguments will slowly build up. They're an interesting bunch but i guess we all have different views on what's entertaining.. The arguments and controversy will all slowly come though.

I agree that most of them are false however I still think it's the strongest, most successful bunch that C5 have seen.

People have memories of goldfish, the BB13 & BB14 first week were way better & way more exciting
[Lydia's breakdowns/famous husband, Arron vs Victoria, Deana's nom fallout], [Gina v Sallie, Gina v Jemima, Dexter being mysterious, Sallie's attacks/general attitude, Wolfy's random breakdown]

Danielle is probably the only 'different' & interesting HM, and shes bound to be out week 1. I do hope this season gets better

It's definitely going to be a slow burner series.

I think with Jasmine getting pissed on the first night in CBB and Sallie/Gina instantly fighting in BB last series, people expected instant drama and it just wasn't going to happen.

It's only Day 4, the thing is with this series is most people are smarter than previous C5 housemates, they are not ready for war however if they do argue we might have another fight night on our hands!

I watched the launch night shows and was struck by the new HM's similarities to Apprentice contestants most with business backgrounds or MBA's some even owning their own businesses.

and with the rest Models or part time models I have to wonder where did the real normal people go.

I hope I am wrong but this series could die the death before it has even started due to so many false HM.

Jale, Chris, Toya, Mark, Pauline, Marlon & Matthew aren't models or business men/women. I see your point but this cast does have 'normal' people

I understand just how you have reacted. For me most of them are what i would describe as "plastic people" No real genuine mature personality. Just silver spoon in the gob characters up their own backsides.

The Power trip gimmick thus far has been nothing but silly trivia. It also has the potential to mess up the basics that has made BB so popular thus far.

It's a let down so far. I do hope we are both proved wrong as it develops but my belief is that it will fail this year and if CH5 is not contracted for more it will be the end of BB forever......

What i find most disgusting is that the vote for the house leader was only available to internet freaks like ourselves. I think the general public none internet addicts as a whole are far more rational than us lot......

I tuned into Channel 5's new BB shows on Thur & Fri and was annoyed that every few minutes or so my Adverts were rudely interrupted by some strangers talking in a strange looking house.

This happened quite a few times ruining the showings of my favourite adverts. Going to complain to the Broadcaster about this.

I agree. It's definitely not grabbed me like BB14 did, the only series I've liked from channel 5.
