I haven't seen the word 'fickle' once until you said it. I believe the most common word used is 'bully'.

A photo of a ill monkey that was spammed everywhere and is now banned completely. It was morphed onto faces of various black women to begin with and got banned for being at the very least borderline racist after a number of members complained about it.
