If you're a bf and gf (or bf and bf, lol, sorry, don't know you yet ) then I think it might be easier to team up and say "look, could you possibly contribute towards..." than if you were just 3 independent people living together...

Maybe set up a system where there's a kitty / piggy bank for groceries and general stuff you need...

I had similar problems when I was at uni, one housemate always seemed to contribute less, and it was quite awkward really because we'd leave it until we run out of something... dishwasher tablets, loo roll, etc... and then just hide in our rooms until he'd go and get it

Next time you are low on toilet roll just ask her if she can grab some on the way home (or text her) saying you are nearly out and haven't a chance to get to shop. Keep doing that and she'll soon get the hint.
