What? I tried voting for Ashleigh and it says it's been barred from my phone... Did I hear it right?

And I rang 6 50 58 02, that is Ashleigh's number isn't it? Double checking.

I tried an hour later and it allowed me to vote. How strange.
The app, for whatever reason, is only available on iOS. I read that there are over two thirds of mobile phone owners who can't use the app because they don't have an iOS device.
