This is what I would do:

Launch Night: Emma Hosts ONE launch with 16 housemates entering. No launch night twist.

Bit on the Side would be hosted by rylan and emma.


Day 9- First Eviction. One Housemate is evicted. Then all remaining housemates are told they are up for eviction.

Day 10- This is a live Show. All remaining housemates compete to be safe. Last 2 not safe would be nominated.

Normal Nominations for rest of series.

Day 45- 5th Eviction.4 housemates nominated. 2 leave in a Double Eviction I evicted by public then housemates for the other to be evicted..

Day 64- Day after 7th eviction. Remaining 8 housemates compete for a spot in the final.

Day 73-Final Eviction

Live Final-Winner is Crowned

That's a pretty good plan for a series, I'd basically do your's but with a few more twists and some halfway housemates.
