perez is a bit funny.

He must be a pain to live with but I am finding him a right laugh to watch, just his antics like prancing about like a horse and the **** stirring, I'm enjoying watching him.

Him and Katie need to go at it though, but I do prefer laughing so alls good.

keep it up and he could turn this around.
