Default Who thought of a weekend to do it

BB designed the biggest thing they have yet done on the show, then they leave it for the weekend when the coverage is crap. The CH5 website is rubbish and by the time we get to catch up, we have lost the 48 hrs of things that have gone on in the bunker. Its so ridiculous its pathetic.

Since the bunker happened, we havent had any reports of anything interesting from in there and no doubt the first we will hear about anything interesting, they will be due to go in the house and that will be covered in the usual 24 hr later reports. This format simply does not work and live feed is the only real saviour for the show. I never really bothered about live feed before, but nowadays, their coverage of events is really bad and at times quite biased and tends to suit the aims of BB, not us the public.

Tonight's show is edited and shows only what happened yesterday and with no bots, we are reliant on the ch5 website to keep us posted and that site is probably the worst irs been for years. Its really disappointing we will miss things and be forced to watch past events which is sad, concerning the size of this twist which isn't being covered.

Nope. Because the people making the decisions are brain dead.

Why are they so opposed to it, tbh?

I'm really not sure why they don't have it online where there is much less to worry about in respect to regulation. Just charge people a fiver for it and allow them to pay with their phone credits.

It probably didn't help that when they brought it back for BB14 for a couple of hours the Daley incident happened. But I would argue that was of their own making and getting people to vote for Daley and Hazel in a room together was the low point of that series. Especially when they were fawning over Daley's girlfriend all the while.

Even so, TFI Friday will have reminded some people of what television used to be like. Everything is micromanaged to within an inch of its life today and programmes like Big Brother, which used to be immediate and exciting, can't hope to be a success when it conforms to that. That is why they need to make a great site built around the live coverage. Everything today has to be faster paced and more interactive. Especially in the age of 24/7 social media. It just makes no sense to build a brick wall up between the viewers and what is supposed to be an interactive show.

Its 11 am now and the ch5 website is still showing old news and nothing from the bunker except crap like nikki and Helen have argued but that's all, nothing else even though they both look ok and are fine with each other.

The website and lack of videos are appalling. They know full well there's a big issue with the fans and the lack of coverage and they just don't do anything.

They wont report anything because they want to boost the viewing figures so people will all watch on Sunday but the edits will show what they want us to see and not reality.

This 24 hr delay in the shows format is getting hard to follow and its killing the show for sure

Yes, because big twists and evictions never happen on Fridays.

They should know by now that it doesn't work like that. Never has. People get excited for the HL shows because of what they've seen during the day. They talk about it on forums and on twitter and that generates the interest in the HL shows.

Exactly. As I said, everything used to be immediate and people would be excited to see how things would be edited in the HL shows. People would be debating what had happened within moments of it happening. Now though they don't know what is going on until 24 hours after the events and by then it hardly seems worth discussing. They have got everything arse backwards about this show.

Are they having any live feed after they all return to the house on Sunday. If they don't then it is a ludicrous decision because everyone will be wanting to see the fallout. Why they don't scrap BBBOTS in favour of live feed I don't know. It is so bad it is getting to be an insult to our intelligence. Eileen singing last night will have to go down as the cringiest thing I have watched.

..yeah, I think also that's possibly why it's 48 hours as well because this is just the pre-drama, on a quiet weekend building up to the REAL drama when Marc goes back in...or what they hope will be the real drama anyway....all back in time for the Monday HL show....

Its been 16 hrs since they went in and BB report that Nicky wants Marc to **** in the garden and she has had 2 barnies with Helen but nothing shown yet. Totally crap and a non entity in my eyes. They organise a timebomb then they all bugger off home for 48hrs and leave the reports to our imagination. Unbelievable that these muppets get a wage to run this show into the ground.
