The problem is that no reason is ever valid as far as Marc is concerned. People are either "lying" or being "fake".
Amusingly, Joel also claimed that Marc is never bitter about being nominated. Of course he's not; that's why he whinges about it in the diary room. All those terrible game-playing housemates...as opposed to what, exactly? The 'friends' that he ridicules them for thinking they're being?
I could accept him as an entertaining HM if it weren't for the overwhelming stench of hypocrisy, self-delusion and total self-righteousness.
