We have the Uk contestants who seem to have formed a group and then we have Jermaine, Dirk and Shilpa who have also formed a little group being the outsiders.

Can a none Uk person win big brother? Dirk has been fave for a while and Shilpa is the underdog and gains support each day.

I think Dirk will win so yeah a non UK person can win although there is a strong chance Shilpa could win as well what with having such a massive fanbase to keep her in.

Important to notice the group who formed for power, the UK representatives, Jade, Jack, Jo, Danielle, Cleo, H are all people who have no talent for anything (except maybe Cleo), and are all examples of exploiting the capitalist 'celebrity' culture.

The outsiders who didnt even choose to be a group, Dirk, Shilpa, Jermaine, are all foreigners, but more importantly bona-fide world wide superstars.

We should all be bitterly ashamed of how this country is being represented in Big Brother.

Well considering Cleo (Brasillian originally) and Dirk are joint faves to win, I think it's possible. Also, Shilpa seems to be fairly popular.

Jermaine has a strong growing fan base aswell. If the Soverign 4 made it to the big finale, we could have a perfect series.

Well Cleo was the only thing the UKs had going for them, but im not even sure she is part of their group. She certainly isnt like them.

I absolutely agree. Dirk, Shilpa and Jermaine are all famous because they actually have a talent - which is what celebrity should be I think. The others - apart from Cleo - are famous by way of sheer luck. I know people will say that Jo and H were singers, but everyone knows that it doesn't exactly take singing talent to belong in one of those plastic groups. Jade is actually famous for being thick, and Jack is famous by proxy.

I hope a non-Uk person does win. It would be a first for CBB, but Nadia won BB6, and she isn't from the UK, although she lives here now.

Dirk, Shilpa & Jermaine have a status that the uk HMs would love to have. look at the size of india & america. england is small fries. & these so called uk HMs are only "famous" over here.

Shilpa has the desi community behind her, Dirk has the A Team theme & Jermaine was part of the Jackson 5 for how many years??? world wide stars. true celebrities. yet, the most humble. Shilpa should use her black belt martials arts & kick some ass in the house...

I think a none UK person could win CBB - Why not? Altough he is not my fave, Dirk is a nice man and i would be pleased if he won. Id be happy if Shilpa won aswell.

We have 2 winners who were born outside of the UK, Nadia & Brian. There is nothing to stop it from happining in CBB.

I think this is proably the best chance a non-Uk celeb has of winning a celeb BB there has ever been because of the small divide between the housemates with the group now formed mainly full of a certain type of person who might not appeal to enough of the voters.
