I've not seen Xtra for years, but I know they (used to?) have additional auditions on there. Have any of the Xtra Factor auditionees gone on to the live shows, or is it simply for the ones who were good or funny-bad who weren't gonna get anywhere, but were showcased anyway?

Well this year is very different, it used to be full of auditions and the majority of people never made it to the judges houses let alone live shows, but it used to be that you saw people that would eventually be put in a group such as Niall from one direction was on xtra factor, but now they only show a couple of auditions and the audience has to decide prior to it whether that person gets through or not it's all rather tacky, and I really can't stand the new format of xtra factor it should have stuck to what it did best, we want to see xtra auditions not xtra rylan
