What You Need:
A Freeview TV
A Remote
A Brain

How To:
1) Go to Channel 200 on your Freeview TV.
2) When you see something like this screen, press the YELLOW button:



3) Wait 2 seconds, then press the CH+ button on your remote.
4) Wait 5 seconds, then press the CH- button on your remote.
5) When the above screen appears again, press the GREEN button and you should see something like this:



6) Press the GREEN button once more and it should appear after a few seconds.
Viola!
