Since I think BB17, they have left out the traditional best bits in every final, which is weird as they were just starting to upload c4 style versions on YT in 2015.

But one of the reasons I think they did this (except effort and time during the final) was that every series since BB17 the producers have had something they were trying to hide. The off camera removals of Andrew, Biggins, Ray J and Arthur were dealt with very secretly and behind closed doors and afterwards Big brother tried their best to make out that these housemates never even existed.

This year, they don't have one of those housemates (they aired Trisha's exit, she simply walked because she didn't want to do the show anymore, nothing more to it).

Also by the fact that they're trying to keep up with Love Island is also making me hopeful this year for a best bits

Interesting theory, was wondering about this ever since CBB19.

I can see why they stopped doing it. I think we still wont get a best bits this year.

Interesting idea actually. This would be the perfect series to re-introduce it given how little they have to hide
