With Paint Shop Pro or Photoshop. You need to find the template, it's easy to find on this site.

i dont think you can anymore because they have anew version out and that dosnt haev a free trail and i cant find the one before that on there site...because i do wuite a lot of graphic work

There is a link on that page to a trial version of Photoshop Elements 5.0. Photoshop is the best graphics maker I have ever used, everything I do is made with it
