I've never watched Ab Fab before, but today I gave it a go. I've watched the first 3 episodes so far, and although it's not the worst I've seen, it hasn't really made me laugh yet. I'll continue to watch at least the rest of the first series, in the hope it improves.

I don't mind the characters of Joanna Lumley and Jane Horrocks and am hoping June Whitfield gets more involvement. I just can't warm to Jennifer Saunders character so far. Three episodes in and I'm still waiting for my first belly laugh.

So I'd have to say Dibley, but not for Dawn French but more the support cast, Alice, Owen, Jim and Frank.
