...don’t like the texture, like the flavour and the goodness they bring in their gifts...so I do struggle with them and should eat more of them than I do...

i like to half them and full the hole with a vinegar, wholegrain mustard and black pepper sauce and eat with a spoon

I'd say it needs something sharp to contrast it, so try marmite if you like it or something else that has a strong defined taste

I kind of like them- the texture puts me off. Love them on fajitas though but not purely on their own.

Love them.

I like pureeing them with lemon juice and olive oil, goes well with pasta or as a salad dressing.
