Sorry, but I find it hard to believe that he's "too muscley" for her. I don't believe any girl who say they prefer skinny guys.

Shes playing it just nicely in my opinion, obviously he doesn't fancy her so by saying she wouldn't be interested anyway it doesn't make her look or feel quite as bad.
