Yup... I'm in the same boat as you. It was only when her name Tracey appeared on the screen that I was like 'oh. right.'

I thought she might have been a man as well, but... nope. She seems really out there and weird, which I suppose is an interesting quality in a housemate. She's very different to the others so probably would prefer being on her own more. As we see more of her, it'll be easier to judge.

Chris Moyles was pretty quick on BBBM last night to assure everyone that she is definately a woman. I can't see why he'd be lying to us, cos if it was a lie the truth will come out eventually.

I suppose she could have been born a man, had a sex change operation and applied for a Gender Recognition Certificate. In the eyes of the law then she would be considered a woman, even if having been born a man.

Same. When she appeared on the screen, I was relieved that the rumours were going to be false as I thought she was a man. Until i realised she was a woman.

I also thought Tracey was a man at first, but now believe she is just a very mannish woman. As for the name Tracey, it can be either a man or a woman's name.

As for her being a man and having a sex change operation....if that was true, I think I'd be asking for my money back and reporting the surgeon to the authorities!
