Chanelle bags model man

CHANELLE’S mum and dad yesterday gave their blessing to her relationship with Ziggy — saying he seemed like a model boyfriend.

Beaming Christine and Harry Hayes reckon the hunk — seen above in a photoshoot for a ladies’ footwear firm — was perfect for her.

They adopted Chanelle after her hooker mum was murdered.

Christine, 49, added: “I think he’s very charismatic — if she’d brought him home outside the BB house, I would have approved.”

Harry said: “I don’t think we could dislike him as he seems a very sensible and understanding man, and if there’s any problems he seems to step in and take care of it.” The couple, from Middlestown, West Yorks, admitted they had been watching Chanelle on telly for 15 HOURS a day.

Christine said: “It hasn’t always been easy viewing, especially when we see her crying in the Diary Room.”

Graphic designer Harry, 55, said of Chanelle: “When I see her cuddling her little rabbit teddy, it really gets me.

“The rabbit’s called Betsy and it was bought for her by a family friend when we adopted her.

“You’ll notice that whenever she gets tired and starts to relax, she’ll put the rabbit on her chest and rub her own ear with the rabbit’s ear. That’s something that she’s done since she was a baby.”

The proud parents also told how after Chanelle they adopted a little boy called David, now 15.

Harry added: “We said we wouldn’t adopt another girl after Chanelle because as far as we were concerned, we already had the best daughter in the world.”

And he reassured viewers that — despite Chanelle being the same age to ousted Emily — his daughter is mature enough not to say anything offensive to a fellow housemate. Emily, 19, was booted out of the house for making a racist remark.

Harry said: “I think Chanelle will feel sympathy for her. I don’t think Emily said what she did to cause offence.”

Ziggy, 26, is desperate to take things further with Chanelle — who soaked up the sun in a bikini yesterday.

He told Gerry: “I wanna rip her clothes off and have sex with her.”

Ziggy has told Chanelle he can’t wait to date her for real in the outside world.

Last night she said being in the BB house with Ziggy was like “being on 20 dates”.

The couple then shared a snog.
