MTG -Awards 2020 (Movies, Television and Games)

Welcome to the 1st annual TIBB MTG -awards voting stage

In these awards, you get to vote for your favorite Movies, Games and TV-shows of 2019.

Your task?:

Basically you, the TIBB, get to vote for your Favorite Movie, Video Game and TV series and in some other categories too. There are 3 main categories and several subcategories for each main category (Movies, Games and TV series). For each subcategory there will be a winner determined via your nominations and votes.

The MTG awards will be held in 3 parts. 1st part is Television, 2nd part is Games and 3rd part is Movies/Film.


Voting:

Nominations:

Please pick up to 3 choices as your nominees for each category. 3 to 5 items with the most nominations will be selected to appear (qualify) in the final poll as your final nominees to win a category.

Final poll:

Every category has from 3 to 5 items/nominees for you to choose as your winner. Vote for one of them as your winner and another one as your 2nd choice to be winner. Winner choice gets 2 points, while your 2nd choice gets 1 point. The nominee with the most points/votes is the winner of that category.

Deadlines for voting (for parts 1-3, Television, Games and Movies/Film):

Deadline for voting is optimally 14 days meaning 2 weeks at this time from the point when the poll has been posted. After deadline has been reached, i will reveal nominees for each category based on your submitted nominations. Final poll will be opened after that.

Final poll deadline is 7 days. After that winners for each category are revealed.

All voting will be done via PM (for surprise and secrecy purposes).

Please use #MTG2020Noms as your header(title) and then your select your 3 nominees for each category.

For the final poll:

Of the selected nominees in each category, choose one of them as your winner and a second choice as your 2nd choice to win. Please use #MTG2020Vote as your header(title), when voting.

Best Movie: 1st nom - Freex 2.0 - The Movie, 2nd - Lord of the Zings, 3rd - Hairy Nutter and the Chalice of Wine

Best movie:

Winner choice: Lord of the Zings
2nd choice: Hairy Nutter and the Chalice of Wine

Movies:

You can only nominate Movie entries that have been produced/premiered/made to be available to be viewed as a finished movie in space of a timeline of 1.1.2019 - 31.12.2019. You can only nominate actors/actresses that have performed/worked in the movies/films of 2019.

Games:

You can only nominate Game entries that have been developed, produced and released as a finished product that has been distributed in a timeline of 1.1.2019 - 31.12.2019. You can only nominate Game actors/actresses/production that have performed/worked in the Games of 2019.

Television series:

You can only nominate TV entries that has been produced/made or is still being produced (continuous) in a timeline of 1.1.2019 - 31.12.2019. You can only nominate actors/actresses that have performed/worked in the TV series of 2019.

You cannot vote for a Reality TV series or a performer/worker who has appeared in a Reality TV series. Unless the Reality Star has additionally performed/starred in a TV series/show other than Reality TV in 2019 (that matches the parameters met in this competition). TV personality has to be from a non-reality program.

I'll give this a go now, although I haven't seen any movies released in 2019, I don't think, so will stick to the other two categories. Some of the awards are a little too specific, I think, as well... I wouldn't really have any insight on what a good screenplay was, and couldn't name any video game cameos

I was also thinking of a "Best TIBB Arcade Mini game" or "Best Arcade Mini Game", but maybe in the next one.

Also I'll change best TV cameo as "Best one off TV character" is: a TV character that appears in 1 or a few episodes (2-3). And i'll replace best supporting TV characters as best recurring characters.

Also a single scene in a TV series could for example be a single TV sketch in a comedy series.
