Can someone just explain the end of tonight’s ep?

Who was she following and what’s the significance of the dude having his tea at the end (other than who his partner is I mean).


Got a little distracted by my dogs wanting to go out and missed little parts!

The guy at the end was the guy linked to the pictures, I think he is Kyle's dad and she somehow ruined his life
