How long will they take to work out that something isn't quite right about the new girl?

It depends really, like people have said if she's well covered and has anwsers to pretty much anything then they may not suspect anything, on the other hand if the producers are just leaving her to think things up and be quick off the mark but not act suspicious at the same time then they could suss her within the first few days.

id say the only threat to her is Brian and Ziggy, Brian as he watches BBAUS, and may be able to catch her out on something and Ziggy, because i think they are in a similar circle of friends.

Hopefully, she will be convincing enough to make them believe she is not famous at least for a few days, to see what it would actually be like to have a mole, working for BBLB!

i dont think they will recognise her, from what ive seen she really is very convincing, lets not forget even the public believed she was in australia until davina revealed she wasnt, she is an actor, and a very good one too so i think it will be very unlikely

Well her accent isn't that great and I recognise her from balls of steel so I think some of them will twig right away but will either not say anything or pretend they don't know.

Charley will work her out straight away and her accent will definitely slip up, its not possible to keep up a fake accent constantly for so long without makin a mistake. it would have been better if they just said she was a housemate from a secret house nearby, it would have been more believable, the accent will cause problems

Other things may give her away without her even needing to slip up, depending on how far they go with he whole 'fake week' thing. Once they start realising that everything which comes their way is fake, that will make them even more suspicious of the new hm, too.

The question should be "will they suss her out". My answer is no. They may suspect her but I think they'll force themselves to believe it.
