I over ate over the last few days.
Tomorrow I will fast. I'm trying to feel decent for a zoom on Tuesday. Could I lose 20 pounds by Tuesday 5pm?

I lost 10 pounds while sleeping. Since I'm fasting today, I'll lose 10 more in time for tomorrow at 5pm
