…an aggressive prostrate cancer ….obviously doesn’t sound good at all but it also is describing the cancer as open to treatment/management…that management itself could be very aggressive…a tough time for Joe and his family…****! Cancer….

Sad news but it’s says it’s spread to the bone so the truth is it’s spread to other areas and more than likely to his brain explaining his poor health that was so noticeable when he was president

It's ot the best way to go (if such a thing exists) but honestly it's just sadly not unexpected. As a rule of thumb and with some luck, we get about 80 years on this planet and then anything after that is a bonus.
