NEW BIG BROTHER HOUSEMATE LISA ENTERS THE HOUSE

This evening at 9.10pm, as part of their live challenge, the Big Brother housemates discovered a new housemate – LISA - waiting as a surprise for them in the reward room.

A profile of Lisa, the 13th Big Brother housemate, is below:

Occupation: Her last job was working in Retail as a Manager of a Clothes Store.
Why Big Brother? “ I am very perceptive and I will be understanding to others. I’m a strong-willed person with a quirky personality and a great passion to win. I also easily adapt to different situations.”
What will you miss most? Books, EastEnders and Sex in the City
What would you be reincarnated as? “The inventor of a time machine, as I’ve always been fascinated by the history of the world, e.g. Julius Caesar and the Egyptian rituals”

A former model, Lisa has just completed an Open University course in Social Sciences and would love to be a soap actress. Lisa has a tattoo of a small red love-heart on her bottom and is a huge fan of Welsh rugby and of Robert de Niro. She says people are surprised when they meet her that she is not a ‘dumb blonde’.

The housemates all succeeded in their challenge of a game of chance, where they were required to draw straws in order to gain entry into the reward room. Ray and Nush were the first to enter. On seeing Lisa Ray exclaimed, “Are you the new person? I don’t believe it! We were not expecting this at all!” Lisa introduced herself as Lisa from Wales, saying, “We’ve got pizza, booze and I’ve got a load of champagne.” “ You have no idea how bizarre this feels” she shared.

Scott and Steph were the next through. Lisa hid behind the door when they entered. “Are you new?” Steph asked her, to which Lisa jokingly replied, “I was on my way to the pub and I got lost!”

Cameron and Gos finally pulled out the remaining two long straws and entered the reward room. Cameron jumped back in surprise when he saw Lisa before shaking her hand.

Will Housemate Number 13 prove to be lucky or unlucky? Big Brother’s latest twist to surprise the housemates also ensures there are 4 housemates remaining for the live Final in July, following Jon and Federico’s double eviction.

Lisa will still be eligible for the £70,000 prize money and to become the winner of Big Brother. However, Lisa will be exempt from the next eviction on Friday 4 July and will not be able to nominate or be nominated during her first week. Cameron also escapes being nominated on Monday, as he spent last week in the Big Brother Africa house, but he is still able to nominate.
