That's true

But it's Chanelle's own fault she left. She was given plenty of chances. She can't just decide to leave, go outside, do loads of interviews, gain information regarding the housemates, get a new haircut etc then strut back in as if she never left.

I would imagine that Big Brother would have wanted her back aswell, if it had just been herself wanting to return to the house and not Big Brother then it would have been unlikely that she would return to the house.
If Big Brother want her back in the house, then that's what they'll do!

Actually I think it's better putting back in a housemate that's walked because sometimes the viewing public get funny when they've wasted money evicting them and then they return like in the BB7 twist.
