I prefer Fergie's.

Fergie helped write it, and decided she didn't want it on her album so gave it to Jordan.
Jordan recorded it and had it prepared for release before Fergie surprisingly released it herself.
Resulting in an upset&annoyed Jordan, who left several comments on Fergie's myspace about it.
