Amy Winehouse is a PROPER singer, like Lily Allen etc.

People like Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan etc etc, Who can't sing and are more famous for thier drinking are stupid, athough they do that well.

Amy Winehouse has a great voice and her new album Back to Black is the best piece of music I have heard for a long time.

And I think she can sing - she has a lovely voice.
And Amy Winehouse can sing too, it's just not my style - and I just hate her songs!

As for Paris and Lindsay, I don't think either of them are the most talented singers out there - but for Lindsay in particular she can definitely sing in tune and has quite a decent voice IMO.

That might be so, but if you compare Amy Winehouse and Lindsay Lohan, IMHO there's no contest.

Don't get me wrong, Lindsay Lohan is a good actress (Well mediocre), but Amy is talented. Rehab is one of the best songs that Britian has had in the last couple of years, and its an injustice that people like Westlife, McFly and Take That are getting all the credits, and awards. Its pathetic.

Some of you lot don't know what the hell you're talking about. Amy Winehouse is probably the best british female vocalist of the past 10 years. She tries a little too hard to sound like Billy Holliday but her voice sends shivers down my spine, in a good way. The album is great and some of the arrangements are very inventive. Not only that but I happen to think she's really sexy too.

I think Amy's brill - really individual, in a good way. She does sound like a cabby when she talks though!

As soon as her music comes on, you can tell it's her, unlike Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan, Ashley Tissingdale... sorry, not sure about the last spelling!

Each to their own, but I'd definitely listen to her music above the others any day!

I prefer "Back To Black" over "Rehab" though.... it's nothing to do with me being able to play the piano part, lol!

I really Like *Amy Winehouse *hides* Her album 'back to black' is awesome. My fav song is 'back to black' as well as 'rehab' and 'you know im no good'.

I think she is a really great different signer and a great performer. I have to say it: I like her music a lot.
