X FACTOR supremo Simon Cowell has already fallen out with his fellow judges.

He ordered Sharon Osbourne, Louis Walsh and Dannii Minogue off the judging panel as they were “not taking the show seriously”.

They all get a fit of the giggles when new contestant Dawn Gerrard, 24, of Cheshire, inset, performs for them.

The wannabe struggles to sing loud enough for anyone to hear which leaves Sharon, 54, and Louis, 55, laughing their heads off.

But Simon, 47, storms: “Will you shut up. This is totally unprofessional. Just get out.”

As the giggling duo run out of the studio, Sharon is laughing so hard she hits her head on the doorframe. Then Simon turns on Dannii, 35, for laughing and she too gets her marching orders.

But Simon finds himself in hot water when a family turn on him for failing to back their daughter, Emma Chawner, 17, from Ramsbottom, Lancs.

Simon says: “I’m not a fashion expert but that dress is totally wrong and you sang out of tune.”

Her parents demand an explanation, and Simon says: “You are the reason this girl is disappointed. You have given her false hope.”

TUNELESS Emma Chawner tries to make a BIG impression on the judges in tonight’s X Factor — only for Simon Cowell to give her entire roly-poly family a mouthful after she exits in tears.

Emma, 17 — wearing a gown sewn by her dad — fluffs her lines as she belts out Celine Dion’s My Heart Will Go On.

She flees after Cowell accuses her of singing “like a baby”.

He scoffs: “I’m not a fashion expert — but for starters that dress is completely wrong.”

Mum Audrey, dad Phillip and sister Samantha storm in to confront him, insisting Emma has won singing trophies.

But Cowell tells the family, from Ramsbottom, Lancs: “If you are coming in here to give me a hard time then you’ve got to take a good look at yourselves.

“You are the reason why this girl is disappointed and I have to blame you guys for encouraging her to believe she’s going to do well in something when she so obviously isn’t.”

ITV viewers will also see judges Sharon and Louis get the giggles during a performance by fellow hopeful Dawn Gerrard.

Cowell asks them to leave — and giggling Sharon bangs her head on a doorframe.
