AMY'S ON THE MEND
I'm so pleased Amy Winehouse has been keeping out of trouble and seems to be getting her life back on track. She's my favourite singer and I'm hoping she's learnt her lesson not to take cocktails of drugs!

She's put some weight on now and is already looking healthier. I was in hospital with girls who self harmed and it really saddens me that such a talented girl is putting herself through so much. Amy's amazing and I hope she's back on form for good.

I'M NOT WASTING AWAY!
A downmarket magazine wrote about me wasting away last week which is ridiculous. I've always been open about having anorexia in the past but my weight is fine and it's tiresome having stories about it. I did stop going to the gym after my boob job so I watched what I was eating, but I'm back to normal now.

I know I need to eat well and exercise healthily too. I'm not starving myself and am back to my usual weight adn leading a normal, healthy life.

BRIAMANDA ARE BRILLIANT
I'm so pleased Brian and Amanda from BB have got together properly and are a couple outside the house.

I hope they have a pink wedding like Jordan and Pete Andre. Amanda told me they're together and I'm so pleased. She's smitten and it's lovely to see because they're so genuine. People love a real love story and I really hope it works out so I can go to the wedding!

LOVING LEONA
I'm so looking forward to Leona Lewis releasing her new single, Bleeding Love.

I saw her on TV the other day and she's such a lovely girl. She's proper A list but is still down to earth. I love the song and think it's a No. 1 hit for sure!

I'm going to go and buy a copy as soon as it's released next month.

MY DIARY
I attended a Leukaemia Research charity dinner and dance which was organised by my friend Jeff Brazier the other night. It was great.

Michelle Scott Lee and I went to the Vodafone Live Music Awards last week, too, and had a wicked time.

I did an online chat for Virgin Bingo which was fun and I loved talking to fans. And I had a girls night out on Saturday which was fun. But I think I have a ghost in my flat so have had a few sleepless nights recently!

KATE'S NEW MAN
Kate Moss is now rumoured to be engaged to her new boyfriend, Jamie Hince. I don't know if it's true but I think he might be the guy for her.

I really hope this relationship lasts and that she finds the happpiness she deserves.

Jamie seems to be a much better man than Pete Doherty, who's got issues, let's face it!

DANCING QUEEN
Strictly Come Dancing is back this weekend! I really want Alesha to win - she's such a lovely girl and I spent time with her in Marbella recently.

I love Matt Di Angelo too. He's sexy and hot - and I wouldn't say no!

I think Kelly Brook is going to do really well, too. It's a good line up this year and I'm looking forward to watching them. Good luck Alesha!

POOR KERRY
I was sorry to hear about pregnant Kerry Katona's miscarriage scare last week. She's slagged me off in the past but at the end of the day you don't wish that on anyone. It's been a terrible few months for her and Mark.

I hope she recovers well and she and the baby will be healthy.

CHARLOTTE'S LITTLE GEM
Congratulations to Charlotte Church and Gavin Henson on the birth of their daughter Ruby. That's such a lovely name for a littel girl and is far classier than some celebrity baby names. I like Charlotte and think she's a real character. At least now she can enjoy a cheeky Vimto to celebrate!

MY DIARY
I had an amazing time at the Vodafone Live Music Awards gig the other night but was really disappointed when I met Debbie Harry. I'm a huge Blondie fan but she didn't impress me much.

I did meet another hero of mine last week - Kate Moss! I took my mum for lunch at Cipriani and Kate walked in, smiled and asked how I was! She's so beautiful in real life.

I've spoken to Sam and Amanda and we've arranged a girls night out soon which should be good. Any my best friend Carly and I are about to sign up for a fashion design course at the London College of Fashion.
