I have OCD. Mine is arranged in neat little rows all containing the same number of icons.

If any of the rows are altered and show less or more than the other rows, my gerbil will die.

I have Recycle Bin, My Documents and three folders:

one containing my website's files
one named "Downloads"
one entitled "Crap" (or something more obscene if I feel like it)

mines quite tidy as ive only ahad my labtop for over a month its just got recycle bin my documents etc etc and its also got itunes on too

If my desktop gets all messy i collapse go in to a comba and come out of it and make a programme wich will be called what have i missed (because im in the comba for 50 years) and it will be shown on channel 4 and 10:00 then at 11:00 on 4+1.

Mine's fairly organised, got mostly shortcuts to things I use a lot and folders. I sort all the folders in My Documents into different categories such as sites or any personal stuff.

I have three and a half rows of icons, with plenty of spare space on the screen showing off a characters face from Final Fantasy 13 [which isn't out yet.]



Though I occasionaly switch to a Final Fantasy 7 one:



Those are a few months old, so there's a few more icons now >_<
Such as: ACTIONREPLAY =] and milkytracker chiptune software.

I'm pretty much the same. I am sorting it out around christmas when I have a bit more time. Too many unused icons doing nothing and I could do with a new desktop picture, had mine for yonks now.
